• Integrative Restoration (iRest® )  Level I yoga teacher and practitioner of Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Dance Yoga.  As told by family members "known to stretch them" since age 2. 

• Prior roles include talent management roles (recruitment, resume writer, leadership development), business development roles (system solutions, system implementations), and operations management (HR call center, data processing operations, training and development).

• First name is pronounced "They-uh-ray-anna," or Thea for short.  

• First generation American of Liberian, West African parents.
